Perimenopause is a natural yet complex transition that can affect both your body and mind. If you’re experiencing physical or emotional symptoms—like mood changes, hot flashes, or an unpredictable cycle—you’re not alone.
PHA Wellness is offering an 8-week Perimenopause Coping Skills Group to provide education, validation, and tools to help you navigate this stage of life. No matter how perimenopause shows up for you, you have the right to understand the changes in your body, develop effective coping strategies, and discover how this transition can create new opportunities for growth and transformation.
