Psychotherapy & Healing Associates, Ltd. is a multi-disciplinary mental health clinic that treats people of all ages and presenting issues. The Postpartum Counseling Center (PPCC, dba), is a specialty program practicing within the clinic consisting of national experts in maternal & reproductive mental health. PPCC provides counseling, psychotherapy, group support, and medication management to mothers & their partners, facing mental health challenges during the childbearing years and beyond.

We offer professional training, and are committed to supporting newer practitioners in becoming seasoned perinatal professionals.

Location:  Remote & Occasional In-person
Schedule: Full-time or Part-time
Compensation: $120,000–$150,000 annually for full-time; prorated for part-time.
Benefits: Health insurance; 401K; Continuing education stipend (Full-time only)

We are known locally and regionally as the go-to clinic for the treatment of perinatal & reproductive mental health conditions, for general mental health treatment for all ages and genders, and as a teaching clinic for psychotherapists & psychiatri.

We are looking for a Clinical Director who is excited to help shape the culture, quality, and clinical direction of an established and growing practice.

You are a seasoned clinician (with 10+ years of experience) and a grounded leader who enjoys supporting both clients and fellow providers. You bring strong clinical judgment, emotional maturity, and the ability to balance accountability with warmth.

What You’ll Do

    • Provide clinical leadership, consultation, support to therapists and psychiatry staff, foster a culture of safety & collaboration
    • Oversee supervision needs for practicum students and pre-licensed clinicians

    • Support clinical quality, ethical standards, and timely documentation

    • Partner with administrative and billing teams on clinically relevant issues such as patient concerns, referrals, scheduling challenges, and service-related matters

    • Partner with leadership on hiring, workforce planning, and future team growth

    • Assist with onboarding, mentorship, and development of clinicians and trainees

    • Support the development of patient groups, provider trainings, and other consultation and clinical programming

    • Stay current and communicate with providers regarding best practices & CEU/learning opportunities and help foster ongoing learning, and professional development
    • Contribute to program development, community visibility, and strategic growth initiative
    • Act as PHA’s community outreach spokesperson & coordinator: keep abreast of events and conferences of interest to providers, and opportunities for speaking engagements, exhibiting, etc. Keep in contact with organization with common missions. Arrange & coordinate PHA’s participation in events, e.g., PPSM events, PPSM Annual Daisy Day, Resolve Annual Conference, Beyond the Baby Blues Conference, etc.

What You’ll Bring

    • Current, active independent mental health license in the state of Minnesota

    • Experience and expertise working with perinatal and general mental health populations

    • Completion of an approved supervision training program

    • Approved supervisor status (or eligibility) with the relevant Minnesota licensing board(s)

    • Experience providing supervision, clinical leadership, and team development

    • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

    • Ability to provide clear, kind, and constructive feedback while maintaining strong professional boundaries

    • Experience helping build or grow a clinical program or group practice

We need psychotherapists to work with various populations, diagnoses, & life issues. Therapists with various mental health licenses & licensure statuses are invited to apply. Both face-to-face & remote telehealth treatment options, full/part-time positions are currently available.

We provide full credentialing, supervision, very competitive pay, you set your own hours. Work in our office, yours, or from home.

  • Licensed Perinatal Mental Health Therapists
  • Licensed Couples/Family Therapists
  • Licensed Psychotherapist — General Mental Health – Adults
  • Licensed Psychotherapist — Children & Adolescents

MAIN DUTIES: Complete initial diagnostic assessments to determine medical necessity for treatment, conduct face-to-face &/or telehealth psychotherapy sessions &/or therapeutic groups, develop individualized treatment plans, complete documentation in a timely matter, collaborate with multi-disciplinary team, attend clinic meetings & consultation groups.

QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of Master’s degree in mental health counseling, social work, or related counseling field that leads to Minnesota licensure. Applicants may be new graduates seeking licensure (in most cases, supervision is provided).

Immediate Openings:

Testing Psychologist (PsyD/PhD) Full & Part-time

We are seeking a psychologist specializing in neuropsych evaluation of adults &/or children with a variety of disorders: including ADHD, Autism Spectrum & Learning Disorders. Those providers wishing to see patients for treatment/psychotherapy will also have that option.

Work with our multi-disciplinary team of therapists and psychiatry providers. Our clinic offers very competitive pay and flexible hours.

Required: Prior training & experience in neuropsychological assessment. Qualified candidates should be proficient in completing a full evaluation from patient intake through written report & presentation of assessment results.

Optional: Provide psychotherapy: specific training & experience preferred in treating Anxiety, PTSD, OCD, and Perinatal/Reproductive mental health issues.

Required: 

  • Ph.D. or Psy.D. in relevant branch of Psychology
  • Minnesota Licensure

Responsibilities:

1. Provide psychiatric evaluation & medication management.

2. Prescribe, monitor, and evaluate treatment efficacy.

3. Treat general adult population – focus on women’s health and issues related to maternal and reproductive mental health.

4. Option to treat children and adolescents

5. Have training, experience, or interest in learning about treating pregnant and lactating women.

6. Provide psychotherapy and lifestyle coaching.

7. Collaborate with our internal team of psychotherapists and outside providers.

Experience:

  • Preferred: At least 3-5 years clinical practice
  • Required: License to prescribe and practice independently in the state of Minnesota.
