Why did you become a therapist?
I became a therapist after seeing the need in some of my own family members and friends. I enjoy talking with others and helping others during difficult times and celebrating them during times that are positive.
If you could visit any place in the world, where would it be & why?
I would love to visit Europe. I find other cultures interesting and feel like I could learn a lot from putting myself in different environments.
What do your clients love/appreciate about you?
My clients say they love that I am a good listener and easy to talk to.
What is one of the latest good books or podcasts you’ve read or listened to?
The most recent I book that I thoroughly enjoyed was Colleen Hoover’s It Ends With Us series.
What do you like best about working with PHA?
I love the flexibility and support PHA provides to its providers. PHA supports providers well so we can do our best to support our clients well and effectively.
Is there anything else you’d like to share?
I have a dog named Mylo, he follows me everywhere. When I am not home, even when my husband is, Mylo will go to his kennel and sit in his kennel until I get home. Sometimes annoying having a small dog at your feet, constantly tripping over him, but I love him a bunch and love the companionship that he/dogs provide!
