Group Counseling – Online & In-Person

Often people gain just as much if not more from group learning & counseling than from individual psychotherapy. Some people choose both!  Our groups offer a combination of skills education, group support & processing life & feelings. It is difficult for many people to join a group, and we have this in mind – allowing group members to participate at their own comfort level. The majority of our groups are offered on-line, making it more convenient for people to join.

Groups offered: • Moms Emotional Coping Skills, • Miscarriage & Recurrent Miscarriage, • Men’s (and male-identified) Support & Communication Skills, • Women’s Birth Injuries Support & Coping Skills
